Media Spotlight: Paddington and Paddington 2

Paddington and Paddington 2 are both great movies. The only questionable bit I can think of in either one, is at the end of the first, Mrs. Bird was very drunk, and throws the bad guy off the roof. But, it doesn’t draw any attention to the fact that she was drunk, And and I think in all the times we’ve watched it, my kids have never noticed it. But if they do, I think the message that she probably didn’t know where she was or what she was doing still explains that alcohol is bad and is an okay message. So, in my opinion, it does not detract from the goodness of the movie.

The second movie is just as good. I wanted to cry at the end of it because of how good it was. Hopefully, when the third comes out, I can add it to the list.
