Easy Chili
This is another easy and practical recipe. Chili is full of protein and vitamins. It is so easy, and cheap! It’s also easy to combine it with other foods, such as chili dogs, Frito pie, chili cheese fries, etc. It can be easily adapted to how you like it or whatever you have on hand. And if you’re struggling financially, you can always use only half a pound of meat.
Fry 1 pound of ground beef or pork sausage (we prefer sausage, and it’s usually cheaper.) along with an onion.
Add 1-2 cans of petite diced tomatoes, 2-4 cans of chili beans, 1-2 cans of black beans, 1-2 cans of corn
Season with chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
